    About the facility

  • What is the maximum number of guests in each room?
    Type A/B/C/Dog : 4 people (maximum capacity of 5 people) → 2 semi-double beds (For 3 or more people, we will provide additional futons.)
    Type Grande/Dog Grande: 8 people (max 10 people) → 4 semi-double beds (For 5 or more people, we will provide additional futons.)
  • What time are check-in and check-out?
    Overnight guests: check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00.
    Day-trip BBQ at the Center House is available from 11:00 to 21:00 (LO 20:30).
  • Is it possible to change the number of people or plans?
    Changes are possible until 12:00 noon 3 days before. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Can I use credit cards for payment?
    Yes, we accept various types of credit cards (one-time payment only).
  • Do you provide shuttle service?
    No. Please use public transportation. Please see the Access page for details.
  • Can I take my pet with me?
    Doggs are allowed in Type Dog and Type Dog Grande room.
    Please show the rabies vaccination certificate upon check-in.
    We are sorry that other animals are not accepted. Please refer to the Rooms page for details.
  • Is it possible to use the Center for a day trip?
    Only the food and beverage area of the Center House (one-day BBQ) is available.
  • Is parking available?
    Free parking is available for overnight guests.
    Guests staying in Type A/B/C/Dog can park up to 1 car for free.
    Guests staying in Type Grande/Dog Grande can park up to 2 cars for free.
    For more cars than the above and for day-use customers, there is a paid parking lot available for 500 yen for up to 24 hours.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    50% of the fee will be charged 30 days prior to the date and 100% will be charged 7 days prior to the date.
  • Is it possible to stay in the event of a typhoon or other stormy weather?
    A) Our facilities are well-equipped to provide a safe and comfortable stay　indoor room.
    However, please note that we may close the facility in the event of a typhoon or strong winds that may cause a disaster, for the safety of our guests.
    We will notify you in advance if we decide to close the facility.

    • Facilities and Amenities

  • What amenities are there in the room?
    Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothpaste, bath towels, and face towels are available.
    We will offer a skin care set for women, and a kids' set for children.
    Please check the room page for details.
  • What are the contents of the skin care set for women/kids set for children?
    The skin care set includes cleanser/face wash/toner/lotion, and the kids' set includes an animal sponge and kids' toothwash set.
  • What kind of cooking tools available in the room?
    We have a BBQ gas grill (rent: 3,500 yen/tax not included), net, tongs, mittens, knife, cutting board, ladle, and spatula.
  • What is included in the BBQ gas grill (rent: 3,500 yen/tax not included)?
    BBQ gas grill, net, tongs, and mittens are included. Please use it when you enjoy the original BBQ with no meal plan.
    *Your firearms are not allowed to bring in.
    *We provide it for free for guests of with meals plan.
  • Are there any tableware?
    We have dishes, glasses, and non-breakable plate for children.
  • Can we BBQ or dine even if it rains?
    The dining space in each cabin is unaffected by the weather.
    Daytime BBQs can be enjoyed in the covered center house as well.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Wi-Fi is available in both the Center House and the rooms for the guests.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    The dome tents are air-conditioned and the dining area is equipped with gas heaters in winter.
    *There is no air conditioning in the day-trip area.
  • Are bathrooms and toilets provided?
    Each cabin is equipped with hot spring, toilet, and bathroom.
  • Is there a TV?
    No. Please relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
  • How much seasoning do you have?
    We have many kinds of seasonings for courses and optional menus. We do not provide them for guests of with no meal stay plan. Please bring your own.
  • Are there electrical outlets?
    Yes, They are available in the dome tents, in the dining area, and in the washroom area.

    • About meals

  • How many days in advance should I order meals?
    You can order meals by 12:00 noon 3 days in advance. Please refer to the meals page for details.
  • Can I bring my own food and beverages?
    Yes. We provide a set of BBQ gas grill in the room.
  • If I reserve several rooms for groups, can we eat together?
    The dining room of the ABC type room can accommodate a maximum 6 people, and the Grande type room can accommodate a maximum 8 people.
    If the number of people in a group is larger, you can use the front space etc.
  • Can we bring our own fire table and stove?
    No, any firearms are not allowed to bring in.
  • Is it possible to order breakfast only?
    Yes. We offer a Japanese breakfast using many local ingredients.
  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
    There is a convenience store within a 3-minute walk and a supermarket within a 5-minute drive.
  • Is the meal menu the same all year round?
    The menu will change in April and October in order to use seasonal ingredients and provide better cuisine.
    Depending on the timing of your reservation, the menu may differ from the one at the time of your reservation.

    • Others

  • Until what time is the bonfire terrace open?
    It is open until 22:00. Please note that it may not be held due to weather conditions (rain or strong winds).
  • What should I do if I forget something left?
    When you check out, our staff will check the room to make sure that you have not left anything. If it is found later, it will be kept at the facility for one month, but beverages and food items will be destroyed immediately for sanitary reasons.
  • Are fireworks allowed?
    No, fireworks are prohibited.

  • How do I make a reservation?
    We ask that reservations, changes, additions, and cancellations be made online.
  • Do you have any recommendations on how to spend a glamping night?
    After enjoying your meal, we recommend that you relax in the hot springs in your room or spend an outdoor evening on the deck of the room enjoying the starry sky and the sound of insects.
    After 21:00, some of our guests may be sleeping, so please enjoy a quiet night in glamping without any music.
